Shipping Policy

Honeyville works to process and ship orders carefully and clearly.

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies unless another rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery:
United States: 10-15 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11-16 business days
Other destinations: 15-20 business days

Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent when available. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear.

Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Changes:
For address changes or cancellation requests, contact service@finlandselect.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipment begins, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
For damaged items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution.
